Ordering and Payment
Orders may be placed online, by phone, or in-person at Home Bakery. All orders must be
prepaid prior to delivery or pickup. Home Bakery accepts payment by credit card, debit
card, and other payment methods as indicated on Home Bakery's website.

Product Availability and Substitutions
Home Bakery makes every effort to fulfill all orders as placed, but reserves the right to
make substitutions in the event that certain items are unavailable.

Delivery and Pickup
Home Bakery offers delivery services for a fee. Delivery times are estimates only and may
vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If a delivery cannot be made, Home Bakery will
attempt to contact the recipient to arrange for pickup or re-delivery. Home Bakery is not
responsible for lost or stolen deliveries.

Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will be provided in the event of defective or unsatisfactory products.
We offer a refund or exchange within 48 hours from the day of purchase.
Cancellations cannot be made once the order is placed. Home Bakery reserves the right
to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on Home Bakery’s website, including but not limited
to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Bakery and are
protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any
content or materials for any commercial purpose without express written permission
from Home Bakery.
